This session is tailored for the more mature client. Each class is designed to work on different muscle groups that replicate daily movements through strength movements, flexibility, cardiovascular rounds, and balance and co-ordination exercises.

Just finished Sarah’s 5k to 10k 8 week running course. This covered pace training and hill training and both something I wouldn’t have done by my self. This course also included homework and online Facebook support when some of those runs felt awful. I now have the running bug again. Thank you Sarah
