As it says on the box… these options are personal and will be tailored to suit your needs so one approach does not suit all, which means one price does not suit all.

To give you an idea though of what has been offered previously, take a look below:


Gold option

GOLD option

This would include a one to one session weekly for one hour, an initital health & lifestyle assessment, nutritional advice, fat analysis and unlimited access to group sessions. This would cost £50 per session if 10 sessions are booked up front.


Silver option

SILVER option – MOST POPULAR

This would include a one to one weekly session for one hour, and unlimited access to group sessions. This would cost £45 per session if 10 sessions are booked up front.


Bronze option

BRONZE option

Alternatively if you wanted sporadic one to one sessions, this would cost £50 a session on a pay-as-you-go approach or from £40 a session for block bookings of 10 weeks or more.

None of the above suits you? Maybe you would like a running buddy instead? Or an online support approach from £7 per week. Every other week sessions and plans set for at home – so many options! All the above can also be applied to private groups up to 6 persons, just add £10 more per person.
