As it says on the box… these options are personal and will be tailored to suit your needs so one approach does not suit all, which means one price does not suit all.

To give you an idea though of what has been offered previously, take a look below:

Platinum option

  • 12 weeks
  • Set up Session 45-60 mins – face to face or online
  • 15 mins weekly check in
  • 4 or more educational communications per week
  • Unlimited group classes online or in person (online you require a kettlebell or dumbbell)
  • Private one to one training sessions 45 minutes x 1 per week

COST £690

SILVER option 

As above, minus the one to one sessions

COST £330 

TRAINING ONLY

Alternatively if you wanted sporadic one to one sessions, this would cost £50 a session on a pay-as-you-go approach or from £45 a session for block bookings of 10 weeks or more. If journey time is more than fifteen minutes, travel time may be applied.

I highly recommend Sarah's classes or as a one to one personal trainer. Sarah’s classes are always fun and she is great at adapting any exercise to anyone that needs something slightly different. She trains all ages, shapes and sizes and always makes everyone feel welcome. Don’t get me wrong it hurts but no pain no gain eh ... 😂!
