    Conditioning circuits is an all-round total body work out using timed exercise stations including body weight, cardio, kettlebells, resistance bands, slam balls and pad work.

Thank you Sarah Fountain for all you’ve done so far on this NUTRITION Journey . For me it’s made me really think about why I eat , what I eat , my portion size and what my body actually needs find it fascinating. I’ve found the posts really helpful to challenge my own thought process and really focus on my WHY it hasn’t been easy but nothing that’s worth it is. Your energy and inspiration and down to Earth approach is brilliant . Even when I don’t feel like doing a class within a few minutes of logging on I’m starting to smile (even through gritted teeth / internally cursing my bell 🤣🤣) I love the journey I’m on so looking forward to October and working towards the next step of a better version of me.
