All online classes are recorded and uploaded into a members area for you to use as many times as you like

  • Pure Stretch

    Purestretch involves stretch routines, core strengthening exercises and relaxation techniques incorporating aspects of Yoga and Pilates. We get those joints and stiff muscles moving, working at a level suitable for you.

  • Core & Glutes

    A perfect midweek session online which allows you to spend the time working on those core muscles and for anyone wanting to improve posture, strength and awareness of those core muscles.

  • Senior Circuits

    Everyone can take it at their own pace, whilst alternatives are given to less active clients. This is a great opportunity to get moving and have a social!

  • Bootcamp

    Our boot camps offer an opportunity to build your strength and endurance. They vary every week but generally include a fairly intense mix of strength training and aerobic elements.

  • Kettlebells

    An excellent training approach for overall health benefits including decrease in blood pressure, and decrease in resting heart rate and a decrease in body fat.

  • Boxercise Circuits

    Boxercise combines boxing and exercise making it fun, it's a great stress busting activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training without getting hit.

  • Conditioning Circuits

    Conditioning circuits is an all-round total body work out using timed exercise stations including body weight, cardio, kettlebells, resistance bands, slam balls and pad work.
